Almost perfect
I ordered two of these to carry my books for grad school. When I opened the box I didn't think they would work, but they do. I am so excited to have them! I always carry my textbooks in my binders, and they fit perfectly in these bags (one textbook and one binder in each). The zippers will still close, too. And there is room for other smaller things (wallet, another smaller book, etc). With the interior pockets I will be able to keep a pen and pencil with each.
The only thing I don't like is the buckle on the front. It is a post that the decorative straps attach to. It sticks out quite a bit and was poking into my arm when I was trying to carry it on my shoulder.
I am in my mid-forties with a full-time job, taking two evening classes a week. I wanted something that I could keep everything necessary for each class it its own tote so I could just grab and go, but looked like something I would be comfortable taking to the office. These meet those...

Bigger than I thought it was - now the new work bag
I thought it would have an actual weave but it doesn't but it still is a nice bag and much larger than I expected so instead of using it as a "purse" like bag instead I use it for work to carry that extra stuff and there is always plenty of room to throw in snacks, an umbrella, date book, lotion, aspirin and other items. Overall very pleased with it.
