Stylish but practical and durable!
I'm not a big fan of loud, siren red shades so this rich burgundy/wine was right up my alley. The contrasting black stitching gives it a nice retro Chloe-ish feel.
I was initially a little disappointed when I received it because it's a rather large satchel. I'm just a little shy of 5'2", very petite, and this bag can easily overpower me. But when I pair it with heels, it all tends to balance out. And I get SO MANY compliments when I go out with this handbag. The handles are comfortable to wear over your forearm and when the crossbody/side strap is worn, the bag and handles still sit very naturally on your side. The biggest bonus: it's roomy enough to carry my phone, wallet, makeup bag, glasses/case, a book, a whopping stack of wedding invitations... with room to spare!
The bag also holds up well in the rain (no spotting, even when untreated) and when placed on rough surfaces. For a non-leather bag, it surpassed my expectations. I was worried the quality might...
