Ordering
I love these purses, but it is extremely difficult to order the color you want. They say pick a color, but there are only 5 in stock. How do you know what you are getting? Very frustrating. No website, no email feature. Nothing. Not likely to encourage business.
Total dissappointment with purse as well as ordering process
Product: "Designer raised flower purse SQUARE puuch Bag Rose Handbag Fauz Leather TOte Chic Flower"...UNTRUE advertising...Not square, but roundish, really small, it's cute but most
impractical except for carrying a small tube of lipstick.... PLUS I was sent 10 purses of
the same color AFTER I had specifically ordered only 5 purses of 5 different colors which I named as per directions.
Concluded that your PROCESSERS are probably illiterate or don't speak/read English and that's why they can't FOLLOW directions. The ordering process from this company was a TOTAL disaster and their web site poorly designed.....
