Gorgeous leather carry-all
This bag is gorgeous - I saw it first at Nordstrom and knew I had to have it. Used a 20% off coupon on Amazon and got the bag for a more reasonable price - it is even better looking in person: It's not structured, but still elegant, especially in the Gunsmoke. The leather is so soft, and the interior has great pockets. Most importantly, it is so easy to find things inside - the bag opens up and you can see everything.

Love this bag
Saw this bag at dept store for $385, bought it from amazon for $204 and got it two days later. Worth the wait. I commute to New York so often carry a pair if shoes, umbrella, iPad, etc. in a tote bag separate from my pocket book. I wear this bag cross body like a messenger bag so that I'm not carrying two bags on my shoulder. It's much classier than a tote bag and not too heavy.
Low Quality
I returned this bag. The quality I expected from Cole Haan just wasn't there. I also would have preferred a zipper closure, but would have overlooked that had the leather quality been up to par. Seemed cheap and likely to easily breakdown. Even on sale, just not worth it.
